Early in the morning at a small bakery in Matsue, the owner (A) comes out of the kitchen with a tray of a bread he has just come up with and shows it to his young part-timer (B).

    Un, Shinjiko no shijimi.

    Yep, shijimi from Lake Shinji.

  4. B

    それをください！

    Sore o kudasai!

    I'll take that one, please!
