At an office in Okayama, the printer has broken just before a client's visit, and a woman from sales (A) goes to a colleague in general affairs (B), who has called for a repair.

    When's the repairman coming?

    たぶん午後ごごに来くるでしょう。

    Tabun gogo ni kuru deshō.

    Probably in the afternoon.

    お客きゃくさんは11時じですよ。

    Okyaku-san wa jūichiji desu yo.

    The client's coming at eleven!

  4. B

    じゃあ、2階かいのを使つかいましょう。

    Jā, nikai no o tsukaimashō.

    Then let's use the one on the second floor.
